Absolutely not! We believe everyone has the potential to move and groove, no matter your experience level. Our classes welcome everyone with open arms.

No need to worry if your coordination is still catching up (we’ve all been there!). Our beginner-friendly classes are the perfect place to learn the basics and build confidence in a supportive, fun environment.

What do I wear and bring to the dance session?

  • Dress comfortably for the freedom of movement (tshirt, joggers, leggings, hoodies etc)
  • Trainers (avoid footwear with a platform)
  • Water, juice or a hydration drink electrolytes drink
  • Your smile and open mind are the best accessories

What music do you play in dance sessions?

We play the hottest tunes from the 70s – 80s Funk, Soul, 90s R&B, Hip-Hop, House music, and more. We call it the feel-good music.

How does membership payment work?

Your annual membership fee is divided into 12 rolling monthly payments, renewing automatically each year. Your monthly rate stays consistent, and holiday periods (national holidays and school holidays) are not included in the cost. You can cancel anytime with just 30 days’ notice.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, you have the flexibility to choose how you pay!

  • Pay per session:
    Flexible. You book and pay for each class individually.
  • Recurring monthly payment:

How do I stop my recurring payments / membership?

If you want to stop attending the sessions, please let us know as soon as possible.

We understand that circumstances change and we may be able to pause your membership instead of cancelling completely, allowing you to resume later.

To ensure we stop your recurring payments in time, please give us 30 days’ notice.
